The easiest way to help would be to provide a picture or diagram of the machinery, so our translator can get a better idea of its workings. Videos of the machinery in action can also be invaluable and provide context.
In the past, we’ve also been able to arrange for our translators to visit our clients’ machinery, where diagrams or videos couldn’t be provided, so that they could answer specific questions and produce the perfect translation.
